Real Leather

Heavy Weight

Used on its own. Rigid enough to constitute a complete leather-only menu cover with carbon-fibre rod binding with solid brass fittings.

Light Weight

Used to form the flexible spine in plywood+leather menu covers. Leather choices in the picture below, from the top: Sundance black, Sundance tan, Millenium forrest green, Millenium rojo red, Millenium burgundy.

 

Plywood

Furniture-grade 4mm thick birch plywood is offered in two finishes:

Stained

Five alternatives, including unstained, all finished with furniture oil for protection & easy rejuvenation.

Painted

Our painted option is a unique replication of a painted wood surface that has been weathed, such as you might find at a coastal boat shed. We apply a satin clear-coat that is not visible but which stabilizes the surface & protects it from scuffs & stains. Although only 4 examples are seen here, you are welcome to opt for any of the 1,000+ colours specified at taubmans.com.au
